Mount Rinjani or Lombok volcano, located on Lombok Island in Indonesia, stands as the country’s second-highest volcano at an elevation of 3,726 meters.
The peak of Lombok volcano towers over the adjacent savannas and is part of the Mount Rinjani National Park, which is a haven for a wide variety of unique flora and fauna. Despite being an active volcano, it remains a profound source of inspiration for climbers and outdoor enthusiasts around the globe.
Mountain is open to climbers of all ages, from children above 10 to older people in their 70s. The essential required is the determination to reach the crater lake and summit 3726 masl.
The significant challenges when hiking on the loose sand during the ascent to the summit and the steep descent to Segara Anak Lake via the Sembalun crater rim or Senaru. We provide support at every stage of your journey.
The mountain features three primary routes for ascent: Sembalun, which begins on the eastern flank of the mountain, and Senaru and Torean, both located on the northern side.
A typical hike to the summit of Mount Rinjani usually spans two to four days, encompassing the descent to the final point. Allocating more than two days for the trek enables explorations of the crater rim, the peak, the hot springs, and Segara Anak Lake.

The Sembalun route is the main trail for climbing to summit 3,726 meters above sea level (masl)for two-day program. For the three or four-day Rinjani trekking packages, the trek continues to Segara Anak Lake and the Hot Springs before descending to either Torean or Senaru village.
The Senaru route offers a hike to Plawangan (crater rim) Senaru at 2641m for the 2-day program. The 3-day trip package includes a descend and explore Segara Anak Lake, the Hot Springs, and a return to Senaru.
In addition to trekking Mount Rinjani, various tour packages are available, including visits to the waterfall and Gili Island, which can be explored either before or after the hike. Alternatively, a soft trek package to Pergasingan Hill Sembalun offers a gentler hiking option.
