    Terms & Conditions

    TERMS AND CONDITION CHANGES IN PRICE AND ITINERARIES

    Please read these conditions carefully, they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Rinjani Trek Adventure.

    Deposit & Final Payment

    • A deposit of USD 25 per person is required upon booking.
    • The balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival or before the tour begins.
    • If the deposit is not received within three days of booking, the trip will be considered cancelled.
    • Cancellations made one day before the climb, for any reason, will result in a full refund.

    Cancellation

    • Cancellations must be made in writing.
    • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
    • If a member of the group cancels, their deposit is forfeited, and they cannot receive a refund.

    Refund Policy

    • No refunds are issued for unused services caused by natural events (earthquakes, landslides, mountain fire etc.) or unforeseen circumstances, as these are beyond the company’s control.


      Travel Insurance

      • Insurance only covers trekking activities. Other tours before or after the trek are not covered by Rinjani Trek Adventure.

    Not Included in the Package Fare

    • The following are not included in the package price:
      • Passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, personal items (beverages, laundry service), tips, and gratuities.

    Our Responsibility

    • The company will take reasonable steps to ensure satisfactory tour arrangements.
    • Liability is limited to damages caused by the negligence of Rinjani Trek Adventure or its employees or agents.
    • The company does not accept liability for services provided by third parties (e.g., airlines, hoteliers).
    • The company is not responsible for events beyond its control, such as force majeure events (e.g., war, civil disturbances, accidents, severe weather, industrial action, etc.).

    General Disclaimer

    • Rinjani Trek Adventure is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses caused by circumstances outside of their control.
