Mount Rinjani, also known as Lombok Volcano, is Indonesia’s second-highest volcano, standing at 3,726 meters.
The peak of Lombok volcano stands over the nearby savannas and is part of Mount Rinjani National Park, which is home to a diverse range of flora and animals. Despite being an active volcano, it is a powerful source of inspiration for climbers and outdoor enthusiasts all over the world.
Climbers of all ages are welcome on the mountain, from children above the age of ten to those in their seventies. The main requirement is determination to reach the crater lake and peak 3726 masl.
The substantial difficulty of climbing on loose sand on the way to the summit, as well as the steep descent to Segara Anak Lake via the Sembalun crater rim or Senaru. We support you at every level of your journey.
The mountain has three principal climb routes: Sembalun, which begins on the eastern flank, and Senaru and Torean, both on the northern side.
A typical trek to the peak of Mount Rinjani takes two to four days, including the descent to the final point. Spending more than two days on the walk allows you to explore the crater rim, the top, the hot springs, and Segara Anak Lake.
