Where does this money go? 100% of these funds are dedicated strictly to conservation. It allows us to hire specialized “clean-up” porters whose only job is to remove historical trash left by others. It also funds trail maintenance and local waste-processing initiatives in our villages. We value transparency, and we want you to know that your contribution directly funds a cleaner Rinjani.

Plastic-Free Hydration: We have eliminated single-use plastic water bottles. Instead, our crew boils and filters fresh mountain spring water to fill your reusable flasks.
Total Waste Removal: Every piece of packaging, food scrap, and equipment we bring up the mountain is packed up and carried back down.
Sanitary Camping: We set up hygienic, deep-dug portable toilet tents well away from natural water sources. All waste is safely buried and naturalized to ensure zero contamination of the ecosystem.
Supporting Local: We source our produce, rice, and supplies directly from local farmers in Senaru and Sembalun, lowering our carbon footprint while stimulating the village economy.
